Have a green environmentally-friendly away day and escape to the East Sussex countryside to refresh and revitalise your executives.
We are only one hour from London by train to Wadhurst or Crowborough railway stations, one hour from Gatwick Airport, and one-and-a-half hours from Heathrow Airport.
Wi-Fi is available in all buildings.

Living and Dining Areas
The Estate Farmhouse provides a wonderful board room / dining table that can seat up to 30 guests.
Alternatively, if preferred, we can seat up to 50 guests at separate tables according to your requirements.
A marquee can also be positioned in the grounds.
A variety of other living / meeting / social areas are available, including a large terrace. Catering
We can arrange excellent caterers, using local produce, for anything from a simple buffet or barbecue to hog roasts or Michelin-style dining. Entertainment
We have several areas for you to choose from in which to entertain your guests and have photographs taken as a memento of your day. Japanese Garden
The Farmhouse features a private Japanese Garden with a tea-house and bridge over a small pond. This is an especially beautiful location for photographs or a small intimate reception. Swimming Pool
We have a large outdoor heated swimming pool (available May to September or by arrangement). Games Room
The Games Room is adjacent to the swimming pool and is equipped with an oak drinks bar, pool and bar billiards table. It makes an ideal spot for champagne or cocktails and canapés.
We provide a large selection of children's games, books and DVDs, as well as Sky television.
Outdoors, in a secure play area, are a trampoline and football nets.
Your event can be for one day or held over several days with accommodation provided for up to 22 guests in four holiday
cottage style catered or self-catering properties.
